- A robot was seen patrolling a street in Beijing providing advice on combating Covid-19 in the form of a rap, in footage posted on April 29. A local resident spotted a bot rolling down a street while performing a rap about how to stop the spread of Covid-19. Storyful translated the words as: "Talk less, protect yourself, fight against the pandemic together." The robot then played a jingle and continued to give advice, but this time in non-rap form: "Please wear a face mask during the epidemic prevention and control. Stay in safe social distancing. Wash your hand frequently. Protect yourself. Thank you." This comes amidst reports from the South China Morning Post that Beijing is tightening restrictions due to a rise in the number of Covid-19 cases.
