User Guide (Creative Images Search)

•The Download Window

•Accessing the Download Window

•	When buying RF content you can download your images immediately after completing your purchase.
•	When buying RM images you can proceed to the download page once you have received a Download Receipt from us.
•	You can access the download window after logging by clicking the download button on the upper left hand menu.

•Download Window
•If you have purchased a CD-ROM or an Online CD you can also choose to download their contents from the download window.

•You can only download RM contents for one week after purchase.

•Display and Setup

■	You choose to sort the images displayed in the download window by: •Purchase Times •Image #'s •Data Size

■Single Image Display

•The "Data Loading" Icon
Some of our larger high-res images may take some time to load after purchase. The "Data Loading" icon indicates that your file is still preparing for download.

Once the data has finished loading the "Download" button will appear and you can begin downloading your image.

If the "Data Loading" icon doesn't change to "Download" after a few seconds, try pressing the "Refresh" button on the top of your browser.

•File Download Format

•All of our pictures are kept in JPEG format.
• The (Download size••MB) written below the download button indicates the compressed image file size.
•If you are using MacOS9 or IE5 you will receive the download as a ZIP file. You will need to unzip this file in order to view the image. Check below for more informaiton.
