•About Shopping Carts •Shopping Cart? Just like your local supermarket, the shopping cart page is the place to put items you plan to buy before you pay. Just click the  icon below the thumbnail image on the Aflo site to place it in your cart.Also just like a real shopping cart there is no obligation to buy the items you place in your cart, it's just a handy place to save pictures before you make the final decision of which to purchase. •Logging In
Before you start using the shopping cart you must login to Aflo.com. As soon as you place an item in the
cart you will automatically be taken to the login page. Once you have logged you're free to start using the
shopping cart.
•Placing Items in the Shopping Cart To place an item in your cart simply click the icon below a thumbnail image or on the image preview page. If you look to the Cart tab on the right side of your screen you will notice a number below cart. This indicates the number of items in your cart. | A Thumbnail Image |  | The Image Preview Screen
| •The Search Page Righthand Cart Tab Once you login you can start using the righthand cart tab on the search page. When the cart tab is highlighted in orange you can simply glance at the right side of the screen to check the contents of your shopping cart. (Next to the Shopping Cart Tab is the Lightbox Tab, explained on the previous page. •Maximize Cart Page and Check Out
You can proceed to the Check Out page either by clicking the "Maximize Cart and Order" button or by clicking the Cart tab on the right hand Cart menu.
• Using Your Shopping Cart to Place an Order
Once you proceed to the order screen the The Royalty Free (RF) and Rights Managed (RM) images you have placed in your cart will be automatically divided displayed into two seperate groups.
■Ordering Only RF Images
There are three steps to buying Royalty Free images through Aflo. STEP1
| --- | Check that you have selected the correct size and price for your images and click the "Order Only RF Images" button. | STEP2

--- | Select Delivery and Payment Method •Delivery Method (Download Online or ship by CD-R, CD-ROM or Posifilm) •Payment Method (Credit Card, Bank Transfer by Invoice) Before
paying by bank transfer we need you to register as an Aflo customer. For more information click here | | STEP3 | --- | Order Confirmation •Confirm the price and data size you selected in Step 1.
•Enter Credit Card Information (Only for purchases by credit card).
•Enter and confirm shipping information (Shipped purchases only).
•Read and Agree to our Image Use Policy. Once you have checked that your order information is correct, click  to complete your order. If you have purchased images to download, you will immediately be able to start downloading your images from the download page. For more information click here |
■Ordering RM Images or RM and RF Images together.
Once your RM order has been placed and our staff has checked the content and prepared your images you will be able to download your purchase. There are three steps to ordering RM images from Aflo. STEP1

--- | Select Images and Data Size For RF Images select the data size and price of each image. For RM images click on the Quick Quote button to open the Quick Quote screen and select the media, usage, circulation and image size you plan to use. Click  to proceed to Step 2. | STEP2

--- | Select Pricing Quote and Order Method •Choose from "Order Image Only", "Request Price Quote Only", "Place Order and Receive Price Quote"
•Since RF image prices are already fixed, proceeding from this point will confirm an RF image purchase.
•Enter your client's name, title and select their industry fromt he pull-down menu.
•Enter the media where the image will be used, plus any relevant information regarding image reuse, duration of use, etc. | • | Please use this area to include any information regarding image use that weren't included in the "Remarks" section of Step 1. | •Due Date and Delivery --- Enter when you need the image by.
•Image Delivery Method --- Please choose how you would like to receive the image: by direct download from our website or sent to you through the post.
•Specific Requests --- If you have any other needs or requests regarding your image, feel free to include them here. | | STEP3 | --- | Order Confirmation •Check and confirm that the data size, usage and image size you specified in Step 1 are correct.
•Read and Agree to our Image Usage Policy
•Check and confirm that the client and delivery information you entered in Step 2 is correct. Once you have checked that your order information is correct,
click  to complete your order.
Once your RM order has been placed and we have checked the content and prepared your images we will contact you by email. If you have purchased images to download, you will be able to start downloading your images from the download page once your order is completed. | |
